Dr. Hui Pan Chief Analyst and Editor-in-Chief Information Gatekeepers Inc. Dr. Pan is Chief Analyst and Editor-in-Chief with Information Gatekeepers, a member of the IGI Group. As Chief Analyst, he tracks the global telecom market development and provides overall direction to the analysis of IGI. As Editor-in-Chief, Dr. Pan is responsible for several of IGI's newsletter publications, including Broadband, Fiber Optics Weekly Update, 3G, Mobile Internet, WiMAX, SAN, Gigabit, Asia Telecom, China Telecom, Europe Telecom, and Mergers & Acquisitions. Dr. Pan has a Ph.D in economics from Northeastern University in the United States.
